with Sibylle Lauscher, Inés Mantel, Jane Wotzka and Irène Hänni
Opening night: Saturday, 19th September 2020 6-8pm
The topic implies a moment of utmost concentration. These moments happen when somebody is totally absorbed in themselves and their work, or when a beholder encounters a piece of art that moves and fascinates them. Or a small child playing with their favourite toy. This title also implies being “in good hands” – held by yourself or someone else. This is a condition artists regularly experience while they work. It is very enriching. Therefore we, the artists, wish that you also encounter these special moments when you visit our exhibition.
We very much look forward to welcoming you!

Our family garden behind the house grows more beautiful every year. The romantic B&B is also located in a mini-house in the garden. Enjoy a break in our green paradise with a cup of coffee or tea.
Our garden is a natural regeneration oasis (organic gardening) with a variety of outbuildings and lots of seating giving different views of the space. I mainly grow summer flowers (I love dahlias), roses, kardy and a varietly of herbs. The Bradlitz stream runs beside the B&B.
Infront of our house pots of flowers decorate your view to the over 100 year old water trough opposite. The main street is protected as it is lined with 10 farmbuildings of historic significance.
Gardening is my favourite hobby and I am always delighted when I discover a plant is coming up again in spring. I am a painter and member of various art societies and you can also visit my art gallery and museum shop.
As shops are still closed I have been allowed to set up a small self-service shop in our carport selling the home-made jams and cordials from Rosemary (made in Arisdorf), soaps, tea-towels and of course my greetings cards.
I have checked it with the Baselland Crisis Services so please come and browse – but only one person at a time!
In the shop I now have the Refished products – a company set up by the lovely Sissi in Vienna selling beautiful handmade bags made of up cycled fish-food or cement sacks in Cambodia. If you would like the super cool rucksack or a new purse, just give me a call or email me and I will deliver it (Sissach – Liestal – Rheinfelden FREE) or put it in the post for you!
All the products are on my website.
Canton Baselland has entered lock-down. All shops except those absolutely necessary are closed.
HOWEVER life goes on, people celebrate birthdays, anniversaries and births. Just with a lot less people present. You can still make your presence felt by sending a gift or just saying “I am thinking of you”, I am happy to help:
Call me and let me know what you are looking for. I will deliver the gift-wrapped presents contact free in the Liesal – Sissach – Rheinfelden at no extra cost.
I will also send/bring you greetings cards – should you need a stamp with that, just let me know.
By email: firstname.lastname@example.org
By telephone, whatsapp, SMS: 079 820 7842
You can see some of the goods on offer on my Shop page of this website.
I wish you all the best, strength, patience, and lots of good health in the next few days.
I’m delighted to be part of this charming, warm Christmas market! I will be there with my greetings cards and the chocolates featuring my artwork on the wrapper and only available from Schöni Sache. I look forward to seeing you there!
